South Africa considers reducing tariff for Sri Lanka tea
South Africa will consider a request to reduce the tariff for Sri Lankan tea for a period not exceeding three years, said South African high commissioner Robina P. Marks.
She was addressing a virtual business promotion meeting of the two countries at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Centre in Colombo.
The South African diplomat said the tea trade has gone up in a manner favourable to her country.
