Trisha-Vijay Trash Talk : Udhayanidhi Stalin arrested
DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Leader of the Opposition Udhayanidhi Stalin was detained by police from his Chennai residence on Tuesday after an FIR was filed over alleged defamatory remarks targeting Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay during a recent political rally.
The controversy escalated after slogans directed at actor Trisha were raised by supporters at the same event, prompting complaints from the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), which also sought action from the police and the National Commission for Women.
