The 11th National Scout Jamboree, organised by the Sri Lanka Scout Association to mark its 115th anniversary, is scheduled to be held from 17 to 23 January 2027 at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Sports Complex in Diyagama.

A discussion on organisational arrangements and progress was held yesterday (30) at the Presidential Secretariat, reviewing preparations for the Jamboree. 

The meeting focused on mobilising support from state and semi‑government institutions and assigning responsibilities to respective agencies.

Senior Additional Secretary to the President Roshan Gamage, President of the Sri Lanka Scout Association Ransiri Perera, Chief Scout Commissioner Attorney‑at‑Law Manoj Nanayakkara, and senior officials from the Ministries of Health, Education, Finance, Youth Affairs and Sports, along with representatives of sponsor organisations, armed forces, and police, were among those present.
