32-year-old man dies at Kalpitiya hospital while waiting to undergo PCR test
A 32-year-old man is reported to have died suddenly after arriving at the Kalpitiya hospital to undergo a PCR test.
The man is a resident of Kalpitiya and is reported to have worked as an assistant of a lorry transporting fish to the Peliyagoda fish market.
The Police said health authorities are conducting a PCR test on the deceased to ascertain if he had contracted the coronavirus or not.
