FIFA World Cup : Norwegian fans bring Viking rowing chant to Times Square (Video)
Norway fans took over Times Square in New York City on Sunday with their “Viking Row” chant ahead of their match against Senegal at the World Cup on Monday at New York New Jersey Stadium.
Norway took on Senegal in their second 2026 FIFA World Cup match of the tournament on Monday night at New York New Jersey Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Several hours before the whistle blew on the pitch, Norwegian fans flocked to Times Square in the heart of New York City to give their squad a proper sendoff.
Hundreds of Norway fans performed the “Viking Row” to offer proper support of their nation’s best soccer players.
