Prices of 3 food items increased.
The prices of three food items have been increased in line with the recent hike in gas prices.
The President of the All Island Canteen and Restaurant Owners’ Association Harshana Rukshan made the announcement during a media briefing held today.
Accordingly, the prices of the following food items have been increased;
- Plain tea – Increased by Rs. 10
- Koththu Rotti – Increased by Rs. 20
- Rice packet – Increased by Rs. 50
Harshana Rukshan further said the price hike is effective from today (Oct 05).
