PM lays the foundation stone for 'Adikarana Piyasa' building complex (Video)
The foundation stone was laid today (25) for the 'Adhikarana Piyasa' building complex to be constructed under four phases.
The event was presided over by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Minister of Justice Ali Sabri.
