Unusual Price Movements Prompt Trading Halt At CSE
The Colombo Stock Exchange announced a temporary halt in trading following the detection of unusual opening prices during today’s session for Wealth Trust Securities Limited.
At the time of the halt, market data indicated:
Share Volume: 37,693,813
Number of Trades: 6,227
Turnover: Rs. 4,573,259,833.55
The halt was implemented as part of standard market surveillance measures.
