Final Randoli Perahera to Parade Through Kandy Tonight
The final Randoli Perahera of the Esala Perahera at the historic Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy will take to the streets tonight, marking the grand culmination of the nine-day religious and cultural festival.
Large crowds of local and foreign tourists, along with Buddhist devotees, are arriving in Kandy to witness the majestic procession.
Arrangements have been made to accommodate visitors, while police have implemented a special traffic and security plan centered around the Kandy city to ensure the smooth conduct of the final Randoli Perahera.
